horizontal_offset_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Comit\u00e9 de Igualdad y Diversidad: Trabajando por un Centro Inclusivo<\/h1>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">En el Centro de Autom\u00e1tica y Rob\u00f3tica (CAR UPM-CSIC) estamos comprometidos con crear un entorno de investigaci\u00f3n donde la diversidad y la igualdad sean pilares fundamentales. Por ello, en noviembre de 2021 constituimos nuestro Comit\u00e9 de Igualdad, un espacio participativo que trabaja activamente para promover una cultura inclusiva y respetuosa en todos los \u00e1mbitos de nuestra actividad cient\u00edfica y profesional.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-200 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">\u00bfQui\u00e9nes somos?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Somos un equipo diverso formado por personas comprometidas con la igualdad, representando todos los estamentos del Centro: personal cient\u00edfico, t\u00e9cnico y de gesti\u00f3n.
