horizontal_offset_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243; z_index_tablet=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>MECATR\u00d3NICA Y DISE\u00d1O AVANZADO<\/h1>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAD Robotics (Mechatronics and Advanced Design in Robotics)<\/strong>\u00a0es un grupo de investigaci\u00f3n dedicado al dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de sistemas rob\u00f3ticos avanzados desde una perspectiva mecatr\u00f3nica, integrando de forma coordinada mec\u00e1nica, electr\u00f3nica, control y dise\u00f1o industrial.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo est\u00e1 constituido principalmente por investigadores del\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/www.car.upm-csic.es\/__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!T1BTJSZ-L-h-sCOc-0LiKeHC0qVQuWGF5EtEybEPRhvk8GnXKAa5LH3akJEvDQcUKIWxcH5u25TCjhYgGy3Y_g$\">Centro de Autom\u00e1tica y Rob\u00f3tica (CAR)<\/a><\/strong>, centro mixto de la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.upm.es\/\">Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid (UPM)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/www.csic.es\/es__;!!D9dNQwwGXtA!T1BTJSZ-L-h-sCOc-0LiKeHC0qVQuWGF5EtEybEPRhvk8GnXKAa5LH3akJEvDQcUKIWxcH5u25TCjhZJr34JIQ$\">Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC)<\/a><\/strong>, que desarrollan su actividad investigadora en el \u00e1mbito de la rob\u00f3tica en la sede de la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsidi.upm.es\/\">Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Ingenier\u00eda y Dise\u00f1o Industrial (ETSIDI)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque los investigadores que lo componen ya realizaban su investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de otros grupos del \u00e1rea, es en Abril de 2024 que deciden unificarse bajo esta nueva estructura.<\/p>\n<p>La fuerte tradici\u00f3n de la ETSIDI en el \u00e1mbito del dise\u00f1o industrial aporta un car\u00e1cter diferenciador al grupo. En este contexto, MAD Robotics concibe los sistemas rob\u00f3ticos como soluciones complejas en las que los aspectos mec\u00e1nicos, electr\u00f3nicos y de control se desarrollan de forma conjunta desde las primeras fases del dise\u00f1o. Este enfoque mecatr\u00f3nico permite obtener sistemas m\u00e1s eficientes, robustos y adaptados a las necesidades de cada aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad investigadora del grupo abarca un amplio espectro de tecnolog\u00edas y aplicaciones rob\u00f3ticas, consolid\u00e1ndose en seis l\u00edneas principales de investigaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<strong>rob\u00f3tica modular<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>rob\u00f3tica m\u00e9dica<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>rob\u00f3tica submarina y subterr\u00e1nea<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>rob\u00f3tica social<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>sistemas embebidos<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>rob\u00f3tica industrial avanzada<\/strong>.
